A Call To Attend The Seventh Court Hearing

The call  to attend the seventh court hearing in the case of Judge Al-Reshoudi Vs.  the Ministry of Interior in Riyadh Grievances (Administrative) Court

  

The seventh court hearing in the case of Judge Suliman Ibrahim Al-Reshoudi versus the Ministry of Interior will be on Saturday, August 7 2010, at 9 am.  The lawsuit has been field on the behalf of Judge Al-Reshoudi by his defense team against the Directorate of the General investigation (the Ministry of Interior), for its arbitrary detention of a leading human rights activist, Suliman Al-Reshoudi. The trial is held in Riyadh Grievances (Administrative) Court, Fifth Administrative Circuit Court, located on the sixth floor.

 
Judge Al-Reshoudi’s legal team would call upon Jurists, lawyers, and human rights activists to attend the court hearing to monitor the trial and to ensure justice. Especially that the presiding judge has accepted opened trial, and has promised a bigger court room to host all of the attendants.

The Riyadh Grievances (Administrative) Court is located on King Fahad Road, between Al-Faisaliah Tower and the Kingdom Tower. From Prince Mohammaed Bin Abdulaziz Road, take King Fahad Road (Northbound), stay on the service road. As you pass the  “Saline Water Conversion” building on the right, you will see an over crossing. Turn Right immediately after the over crossing, you will see a tall green building, that is where Riyadh Grievances Court is located
